Tenant agrees to test all detectors at least once a month and to report any problems to Landlord/Property Manager in writing and ASAP. Should any of the smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and fire extinguishers become defective, tenant will notify in writing to the property manager and will purchase new one/s within 3 days and provide property manager with a receipt and proof of the new item; the cost will be deducted from the next monthly rent.
